Refund and Returns Policy

We do not offer refunds at the moment. The only exception to this policy is if we have sent you the wrong product. If you receive an item different from what you ordered:

• Please contact us at contact@emabay.com.
• The item must be unopened and unused in its original packaging.
• Once verified, we will arrange to send you your money and our rider will pick up the package from you.

Important Note Since we operate on a Cash on Delivery basis, please ensure your order details are correct before confirming. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
